LODGING GUESTS: Reservations include up to two (2) guests unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Additional guests must be registered with the office upon arrival and are subject to an additional charge of $50 per person, per night. Maximum occupancy limits for each room and cabin must be observed at all times.
CHECK-IN: 1:30 PM–9:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM. Guests arriving after 9:00 PM must contact the office in advance to make late-arrival arrangements.
LODGING CANCELLATIONS: Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation amount. Early departures, shortened stays, and no-shows are responsible for the full reservation amount. K&G Lodge reserves the right to reassign rooms or cabins when operationally necessary.
PAYMENT: Payment for lodging is due upon arrival unless prior arrangements have been made. K&G Lodge offers two payment options: Standard Rate applies to payments made by credit or debit card, while guests paying by cash or check receive a 3% Cash Discount Rate from the Standard Rate at the time of payment. Guests booking online may select the rate that matches their anticipated payment method. If the payment method changes before or upon arrival, the reservation will be adjusted to the appropriate rate before final payment is collected. The registered guest authorizes K&G Lodge to charge the card on file for unpaid balances, damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoking violations, policy violations, or other charges associated with the reservation or stay.
SMOKING POLICY: All lodge rooms and cabins are strictly non-smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, and marijuana. Evidence of smoking inside an accommodation will result in a $350 cleaning and recovery fee charged to the card on file.
PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals as defined by applicable law are welcome.
POOL: Pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own towels for pool use. Children under sixteen (16) years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool facilities.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS: All guests must stop at the office upon arrival to register, sign the registration card, and complete payment. Changes to occupancy may result in rate adjustments. Certain cabin types cannot accommodate four (4) guests. Reservations made through third-party booking platforms must be canceled through both the booking platform and K&G Lodge.
FISH CLEANING: Fish cleaning and processing are not permitted inside lodge rooms or cabins. Please use the designated fish-cleaning facilities and dispose of waste appropriately. Additional cleaning charges may apply for violations of this policy.
FISHING CHARTERS: Fishing charter reservations require a deposit of $350 per day. Deposits become non-refundable for cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the scheduled charter date.
CHARTER PAYMENT: Fishing charters and fishing licenses must be paid by cash. Please ensure all members of your party are aware of this requirement before arrival.
CHARTER DEPARTURE LOCATION: TOP GUN and SON OF A GUN depart from the Oswego Marina at 3 Basin Street, Oswego, NY.
FISHING LICENSES: New York State fishing licenses and Lake Ontario Counties (LOC) Derby tickets are available for purchase upon arrival.
DIRECTIONS: Take Interstate 81 North to Interstate 481 North. At the intersection of Route 481 and Route 104, turn right onto Route 104. At the traffic light near Ruby Tuesday, turn left onto George Street. Continue to the flashing red light and turn right onto County Route 1. Follow County Route 1 to the K&G Lodge sign and check in at the office located by the pool.
